I. Call to Order	The meeting was called to order by President Terry Jones.
II. Apvl of Minutes	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to accept the minutes with changes noted.
III. Apvl of Expenditures	MSP(Jones,Runge) to accept the expenditures for January, 2008.
	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to approve payments to: Arkansas Dept of Education..$5243.77; Lewis,
	Elliott & Studer…$75259.90 and $6485.21; and to Nabholz…$212694.94.
IV. New Business	MSP(Runge,Hudson) to approve the proposed budget changes for SY 07-08.
	MSP(Hudson,Woodham) to approve the requested teachers for the after-school program.
EXECUTIVE	Regular meeting dismissed to convene in Executive Session.
SESSION	The Regular meeting was called back to order by Pres. Terry Jones.
VI. Personnel	MSP(Hudson,Barnhill) to employ Laura Burris as MS principal effective July 1, 2008.
	MSP(Hudson,Barnhill) to pay Ms. Burris per Principal Salary Schedule plus the state allocation
	for duties of Special Education LEA Supervisor effective July 1, 2008.
