I. Call to Order	The meeting was called to order by President Runge.
II. Apvl of Minutes	MSP(Hudson, Jones) to approve the minutes from 08-09-07, 08-14-07 and 08-16-07.
III. Apvl of Expenditures	MSP(Hudson, Jones) to approve the disbursements for August, 2007.
	MSP(Runge,Barnhill) to approve the expense of $7412.00 to American Shifty Corp for bus repairs.
IV. Old Business	MSP(Runge,Hudson) to proceed with the Driveway Project at the Middle School with a
	cost not to exceed $9999.00.
V. New Business	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to approve the Petition to Transfer request of Cheyenne Most, Monica
	Esquivel and Elena Esquivel.
EXECUTIVE	Regular session dismissed to convene in Executive Session.
SESSION	Regular session called back to order by Dr. Runge, President.
VI. Personnel	MSP(Hudson,Barnhill) to accept the resignations of Wanda York, Rae Casavan and
	Kimberly Haley.
	MSP(Hudson, Johnson) to hire Michael Sturgeon for maintenance.
	MSP(Hudson,Jones) to hire Kelli Whitworth and LaShonda Brown as teacher aides.
VII. Miscellaneous	MSP(Johnson,Barnhill) to approve an increase in breakfast prices to $1.00 and extra
	Milk prices to $.50 per carton.
	MSP(Jones,Hudson) to make the increase in breakfast and milk prices effective 10-01-07.
VII. Adjournment	MSP(Hudson,Jones) to adjourn.
