MSP(Hudson,Jones) to appoint Jennifer
Barnhill as secretary until board reorganization. |

MSP(Hudson,Jones) to pass the
resolution authorizing the issuance and delivery of bonds |

and prescribing other matters pertaining thereto. |

| IV. Board Reorganization |
MSP(Runge,Hudson) to appoint Jennifer
Barnhill as Board Secretary. |

Jones as Board President. |

of $450.00 by AubreyThomas for equipment & tools. |

of $1400.00 and $850.00 by James T. Dycus for |

buses #12 and #8. |

Petition to Transfer of Blake Williamson from the Conway SD. |
