I. Call to Order	The meeting was called to order by President Terry Jones.
II. Apvl of Minutes	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to accept the minutes of November with the noted changes.
III. Apvl of Expenditures	MSP(Runge,Barnhill) to approve the November expenditures.
IV. New Business	MSP(Hudson,Jones) to appoint Terry Jones, Steve Runge, Jennifer Barnhill and Tony Woodham
	as secondary disbursing officers.
	MSP(Runge,Jones) to allow cafeteria expenditures up to $10,000 without Board approval.
	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to allow fuel expenditures up to $10,000 without Board approval.
	MSP(Barnhill,Runge) to approve the expenditures to HATCH for $6469.18 and HATCH for
	$6974.95, PFG for $6746.63 and Green & Chapman for $9168.00.
V. Miscellaneous	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to allow Mr. Gray to apply for a distance learning lab grant.
EXECUTIVE	Regular meeting dismissed to convene in Executive Session.
SESSION	Regular meeting called back to order by Mr. Jones, President.
VI.  Student	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to accept the Superintendent's recommendation for expulsion of a H.S.
	student for the remainder of the 07-08 school year.
	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to accept the student transfers of Dalian Qua-Von Scott, Amaan Jamal Scott,
	and Alexis Irvin.
VI. Personnel	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to employ Misty Teas for food service part-time position subject to
	passing criminal background check.
	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to employ James Shirley as a bus driver - subject to passing criminal
	background check.
	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to move Terry Posadas to position of teacher aide with salary listed on
	the teacher aide salary schedule.
	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to employ Donna McGhee as Bookkeeper II with salary on the finance
	manager salary schedule.
	MSP(Hudson,Runge) to accept the resignations of Tara Long -secretary and bus driver,
	Tamyra Andrews- food service, John Rhyan and Terry Bradberry - bus drivers.
VIi. Adjournment	MSP(Runge,Hudson) to adjourn.    The meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
